Extensive experience in the utility and home protection industries with leadership roles in Operations, Customer Service, Business Development and Partner Management.

Cesar Martinez, Manager Field Services
With over 15 years of experience in the contact center and field operations space, Cesar understands all facets of contractor management. Cesar oversees our Field Operations Supervisors that are strategically located in major markets across the country, as well as our contractor engagement efforts.

Emile Schneider, Contractor Engagement Advocate
Emile’s journey began in the contact center where she gained her appreciation for both our customers and dedicated Service Providers. Emile quickly advanced through the ranks to her current role servicing as the voice for our Service Provider Network. Emile enjoys advocating, training, and communicating with those that serve as the face of our organization.
